Here is another pic of just the chassis.

As for you that wonder about chassis flex and or breakage, there are four tabs on the chassis, as seen in the picture. These tabs are designed to have tie bars mounted to them to control the chassis flex. You can change the placement of the tie bars to suit your track needs. We will be making several different tie bars, some with two pick up points some with three and one with four.

You could also mount rubber grommets underneath the tie bars to make the softer than bolting them directly to the chassis.

Chassis flex in an electric car is important, being able to change the flex with out trying a different chassis plate...sounds good to me.

All the parts on our "delta" sprint car are direct bolt on items to this chassis, with the exception of the rear top plate and body mount.

Price for the car is $375.00 plus shipping, should have more done by the end of next week.

Thanks for the interest.

Pics of the car with no clothes on..... Pay no attention to that brace you see. he did not have the braces ready yet when I got my car so I did what I nedded to so it could get her first laps on when Chad was up racing with us. He is making differnt braces so you can tune chassis flex.

My #1 racing buddy bought one of these, and all I can say is WOW!!

Iv'e been running CW cars and have always been Fast, but Chad has definitely outdone himself with this one. My intimidator handles excellent, but after driving one of these,
all I can say is that it is in a class by itself.

Right out of the box, it carried way more corner speed than my car, and in the main saturday night not only did he pass me...... he lapped me!!

Chad, you have hit a HOMERUN with this one my friend, and as soon as I can scrape up the coin, there will be a Boomerang in my garage!!:revs: :checkeredflag:

does anybody have pic on how they mounted the steering servo.i am having a little trouble.

nutz4rcyktw
August 24th, 2008, 8:34 PM
Based on picture; it looks like the servo goes on the ledge on the right side of the chassis. There appear to be three holes already drilled there to accomodate both large and smaller servos. I may be wrong.
