Sorry for the delay in getting this posted. we had to sort out some the scheduling issues as you'll note below.
Race 1 had a new FDOS Record turn out of 100 entries. It was an interesting time with transponder loop issues forcing us to scratch the 1st round of qualifying and after replacing the loop we got back into some racing action. The EDM/Trucks (22) and 8th Late Models (19) were the big classes. Now we head down to Dover in Seffner and the 4WD Late Model class should pick up a few more than the 14 we had. One exit east of i-75 and i-4. Dover is the big track on the series allowing the 4WD 10th and 8th LMs to really stretch their legs.
Because Dover has no lights we are altering the race day schedule to handle the increased turn out..
7:00 am gates open
7:30 sign up opens
8:30 track opens for practice
9:30 practice ends
10:00 green flag
2:00 if round 2 complete, continue to 3rd round, else continue to mains when round 2 is complete.
remember ALL classes have a 2 car bump-up. $20 per class.
