I was wondering if anyone know what is the lowest turn motor you can run with the stock losi esc?? and also is there a battery limit i shouldn't go over?? and i think the last question i have is what is the best mod motor (i would be racing again guys in the slatemodel class running some brushless) for the slider that the stock esc can take??

Stock motor is fast enough for the breakout, Mark broke out twice with my motor.Bring me your motor and I will give it a tune up.

Huffer is correct. I tried the Reedy 19turn that some people have said runs great. The stock motor was faster. The Reedy may be way off on gear, but I went down until the motor was bottomed on the tranny case and up until it was geared like a stocker and nothing worked. Thought about trying the 17turn, but then I would have invested almost as much as a brushless and I have concerns about the stock speedo with it.

I'm sticking with the stock one until I decide to go brushless. If you want to try my 19turn your more than welcome. Look me up at the track.
