Can a mini t transmission be reversed like the associated cars?

Can a mini t transmission be reversed like the associated cars? I want to reverse it and flip the motor around so I wont have to run the motor in reverse to go forward. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you want to make it switched around all you have to do is switch the positive and negative wires around and it will run backwards.:rolleyes: :thumbsup:

only do that if you are running a motor that is at 0 degree timing.

im sure with a little work turning the tranny around shouldn't be a huge problem.

I guess brushless would work. However I would still like to put the motor plate on the opposit side so I could switch back between brushed or brushless depending on whats being raced.

Can you drill a hole through the tranny case like we do on the B3 conversions?

Yes you can drill a hole in the case ,the only thing is you lose one of the three bearings that supports the top shaft.I have done it already it does work really well and you have to come up with a spacer for the motor plate .I wish I had a picture but I sold the car I did it to.I bought a chassis plate off of here that was drilled for mid motor thats why i did it and you have to redrill the a arm mount

Yes I do understand that you cant just reverse the wires. Thats why I was thinking about brushless.
