It was another outstanding weekend for Putnam Propulsion Cars and Components at the 2008 Redneck R/C "Duel in the Dungeon."

The race weekend consists of 3 races in 3 days: Friday being a warmup race, Saturday is the "Duel in the Dungeon," and Sunday is the kickoff race for their 2008 points series.

Putnam Propulsion swept the EDM Big Block class all three days, taking down the TQ Honors and A-Main wins for all three events.

-Friday: Jeff Hotaling TQ/Win
-Saturday: Shannon Pitcher TQ/Win...with the only 66 lap run of the weekend!
-Sunday: Jeff Hotaling TQ/Win

Saturday was a handout motor race, and Shannon Pitcher took the TQ Honors with our 2008 6/2 car and a Putnam-Prepared handout motor.
I used a pair of our EFB-180's with a cavity drilled in each, (largest cavity from our Brush Drilling Jig, #PRO-JIG) with Red springs. All of our motors utilized our Top Fuel Comm Drops as well. As for gearing, well...just see us at the track!

On Friday and Sunday, Jeff utilized a 2008 6/2 Car. Friday he used a Putnam C027, (#EFS-2624,) and Sunday he used a Putnam X-Stock (#EFS-2724).

Bob Godgart had a great showing in the EDM Small Block class in his first ever "out of Town" race...He was TQ by a lap after round one, and ended up 4th in the A Main! Nice run Bob!

Thanks to our customers, drivers and supporters for another weekend of outstanding results!
