any racers in tennessee

is there any 1/18th racers in the tenn. area. if so i have herd about a indoor dirt oval that is going to start running again. i am trying to get up some people to race there because i am the only one around here that messes with 1/18th around here. the name of the track is chik-n-run and it is located in winchester tenn. you can find out more by going to www.nashrcracer.com (http://www.nashrcracer.com) and go to forums in middle tenn. or just pm me.

I finished the track yesterday. We will be running our first race night Sunday the 20th, next weekend.

It is a Dirt Oval, I will post pictures soon. Indoor facility for 1/18th Scale only. Here are the classes we are running.

Open Sprint (slider / JMI chassis)

Box Sprint (Slider)

Open Latemodel (RC18 Chassis) 4wd no restiction, battery or motor

Brushed EDM (Losi Mini - T) Must have brushed motor, can be Mod.

Would love for you to come out and run with us!
I hope to put out a schedule soon, as I race 1/10 as well, so this will not be an every weekend event.

hey darren i would love to come up there, but right now they ant no way i can. i will be up that a way soon i would like to try out your track. do you have any pictures? i have just ordered a edm body and the steering upgrade for my truck. by the way were is coopertown?

Coopertown is a bit from you. I would not expect you to come out but once. I make the drive to Chicken run, East Brook and McMinniville once a week to race and it is 2 1/2 hours driving. But you drive to race! And I love to Race......

Basiscally I am Exit 24 on Interstate 24. Only a few miles from the highway.

And from the looks of it Tracy City is about 30 miles past Tullahoma going north east...

Winchester is a bit of drive for me but I would like to check it out sometime. Do you know of any tracks in the Knoxville area. Purchased my mini slider in Indiana and plan on running there some when I go up to visit family.
