FDOS '08 Race 1 - 1/20 SS RACEWAY

Jan 20th At Ronnie Setser Custom's SS Raceway in downtown Tampa.
Gates open??? Registration between 9a-1030a. Qualifying (3 Rounds) at 11am. Tires are foam.

First race of the new season.. $20 per class. Rules -> http://floridadirtoval.com/phpBB/viewforum.php?f=10 until i get a word doc made up. All races are 4 mins with IFMAR style Rolling Starts in nitro and top 2 bump up.
This year each track will be providing their own Race Director. So now I get to race too. Shining up the chrome horn right now!

We have some guys looking to do Electric Late Model, 10.5 or possibly more.

Looks like Electric Truck is fielding a heat of stock motors. Elec 2wd lm is up in the air at the moment.

We had a really great turn out of people. The track crew tried their best but mother nature had dropped too much rain during the previous couple of days and most of it during the night before the race. We will be rescheduling the race later in the season.

Its hard to keep track of all the message boards and which ones i have updated and not. But race 1 is this sunday (24th) at NewRed in Ocala. Regular action on saturday (racing at 3pm) and FDOS action on Sunday.. breakfast at 7am, registration at 9am and racing at 11 all under the roof.
