Dustin,
What do I need from you if I got the conversion kit from Barry? I know about arms stuff like that. I need to know about tranny case(I want to run 2.60 so I am going to order stuff from you but I want to get all I need at once)? motor plate? body? wing? side panels?

The motor plate you will need and if running stock probably the alum. outdrives to go in the tranny.
As for the body and wing I would suggest just picking up a CW wing and body kit. We are still working on the design of the cage. Once we get the cages done then we will figure out a body for it.
If you need any other questions answered don't hesitate to ask.
thanks

Just got my HAVOC SC done today!
Dustin, what are you using for hoods? With spreading the cage out the hood is to narrow now. Thanks for your help and Sonny B for sending me pics :)

We made a few hoods before the OW. I need to modify the mold a little to get the hoods to fit properly. I'm hoping to have the mold back in my hands next week. It will take about a week to get it fixed. Once I get it fixed I will ship it back to the guy that is pulling the lexan and hopefully we will have hoods available that fit properly.
The car looks good. Could you send me some pics of how you did the front. I'm looking for ways to make a good looking front piece.
Thanks

Nice looking car Raymond...
In the pics the hood looks fine. Your nose piece also flows well into the design, well done.

Thanks man! It looks fine from the side but I don't like the gap on each side of hood from top. Nobiggie it will look just fine running around the track :)

Nice looking ride. I agree with Stetler and Malicoat. I really like the nose piece. I tried to use the cut off part of the cage, but it was just too fragile up there. Keep us informed on how good you do with it.

I will let you know how it works out. There is a piece of kydex under it for a bumper I just shoe gooed the CW bumper to that. if I had a bigger piece of kydex I would have bolted it to it. I still can on front it shoe goo doesn't hold. I just wanted it to look like it had a bumper with out a huge bumper bolted on :)
We'll see how it works on Sat :):checkeredflag:

Just got the front wing mounted up today. Works great and don't even need to remove it to take hood off but (2) nuts and it's off if you want.

rockford.
Are you refering to the extra carbon fiber pieces? If so the second one is a mount for the tail tank.

Yeah I didn't see where I could use it either:confused: (I used the CW mount for tail tank) Now I have an extra piece of CF LOL

I used the CW mount too. With a slight modification it makes a very clean installation.

Hello everyone. I'm new to dirt oval and I was wondering who or where do I need to contact to purchase one of these sprint cars. I went to the hyperlink above the thread and left a message on the website but no one ever responded back. I am interested in buying a complete car if possible. If anyone has any information, my e-mail address is je26m@yahoo.com Thanks in advance for your help. Jeff.

I don't think the complete cars are 100% ready to ship yet. Contact Barry Hill www.hyperdriveracing.com (http://www.hyperdriveracing.com) just give him a call or shoot him an e-mail both # and e-mail are on websites front page.

The two pieces of carbon fiber that look the same are the same piece. We decided that we would include an extra rear bumper mount so if you break the first one you will have an extra. Just a simple thing to prevent people from having to purchase extra's immediatly.
Jeff I must have missed your email... I will send you some more info.

I have the mold about finished on the rework of it. I will have to send the mold back to NY and then we should have proper fitting hoods.
