Race Notes:

-We tried ifmar starts in the Big Block classes and it seemed to keep qualifying a little cleaner. The single file starting grid also eliminated the Banzai from the back.
-Top 3 in the Big Block EDM A Main were seperated by .77 seconds...talk about close.
-Good to see the Albany crew and the guys from out west once again!
-Geo took some pics of some of the action, as many people have already seen, including a few shots of cars pulling wheelies out of the corners!
-Once again a really nice crowd in the Dungeon. Calvin, Marty and I appreciate it!!!
-There will be racing the weekend of the US Open Wheel Championships.
-A reminder, there will also be racing on Sunday, December 23rd. Make it out if you can!!

sounds interesting matt with the ifmar starts but how do u keep the last place guy from being lapped on a track that is so short?

everyone spreads out, and everyone goes at the same time when the horn goes off.

so far its working but if there is a pile up and that last guy don't get around the track....

it has to stay clean for that 1st lap.

This is why I have been starting in front of the driver stand. I was hoping that maybe enough of the other guys would be paying attention and realize that they didnt need to cross the line first to be the leader.
