I'm running a 1100 and a 1400 battery pack in my slider, would 10amps be to much to discharge at? What wold you do?
thanks

My measurements demonstrate that my Slider draws an average of 9-10 amps (I drain 750-800 mAh in a race) during a 5 minute dirt oval race, so when I cycle or discharge my cells, I use 10 amps...

I use 10 amps. I'm running the same 1100 packs that I've used for the last 3 years and they keep working fine.

Anyone have suggestions on getting more speed out of those losi stock motors?Different brushes, com drops or something else?We were up and down with gearing at bumps and it didnt seem to change.

What are you guys using to discharge your batteries with? Is there an aftermarket discharger that works with the 1100 & 1400 batteries. My charger does not have a built in discharger. What would you recommend for a combo charger/discharger?
Thanks.

I use bulbs to discharge with. 5 -1157 tail light bulbs soldered together will get you 10 amps
