If you collect or restore old RC cars, you'll know that a lot of simple parts are getting harder and harder to find. One of the stickling little parts to those who are trying to restore early Losi cars is the original black 8-32 aluminum screws, as well as the white nylon nuts for the wheels and tops of the shock mounts. I've sourced the screws and nuts, and had the screws anodized black to replicate the early pieces for restoration projects. If you're interested in getting your hands on a set or two, it's as easy as shooting a PayPal out...
The JRX2 screw kits will include:
(5) 4-40 white 6-6 nylon flange nuts (for shock tops & diff cover)
(4) 10-32 white 6-6 nylon flange nuts (for the wheel axles)
(10) 8-32 Phillips head black aluminum 1/2" screws
(4) 8-32 Phillips head black aluminum 3/8" screws
Shipped total for each set will be $15 U.S. (less for multiple sets, e-mail me for the total if you want a few). At this price, it pretty much covers my parts costs, anodizing, shipping materials, shipping costs and a few minutes of my time to get everything together. I figured it as something that we needed, and I needed them myself, so it's out there for anyone who wants them.
Payments can be made to doug@apexspeed.com through PayPal only, and I will mail them all on Saturday and Wednesdays of every week. Please note in the PayPal info fields that the payment is for the JRX2 screw kits.
