I moved your post to it's own thread, as you question has nothing to do with how to post photos in the forums.
Within the Tracks section, at the very top of the listing, is all of the information and contact e-mail you will need to submit a new Track for the section.
Be aware, though, that I only update the Tracks section a few times a year, so it may not immediately appear in the listings. It's due for an update, though, so it will probably be changed in the next week.

The Tracks section will be updated this weekend. If you have any additions or deletions from the list (do you know of a new track or one that is on the listing that is now closed down?), please send me a PM before Saturday to make sure the listing is changed.
If you have a new track for the listings, please PM me to this address with the following:
Please provide as much information as possible about your race track...
Track Name:
Track/Club Website:
Complete Address: It is VERY important that you supply city, state, street, and notable directions to the track. Track will not be listed without this information COMPLETE.
Phone: Preferably a track phone for information.
E-mail: The best contact for immediate information
Indoor or Outdoor Facility:
Track Surface: Loose dirt, clay, hard-packed, banked, etc.
Approximate Size: Circumference & driving line
Race Days and Times: Weekends? Nights?
Computer Scoring: Yes or No (AMB transponders? Please specify)
If yes, do you use AMB Personal transponders?
Track-specific Rules: Can I use traction compounds or foams? What does everyone use that works best? Are there rules that are specific to this facility that someone from out of town should know before traveling. What is a good baseline for the setup, tires, etc.
Other Amenities: Restaurant or food available? Bathrooms? Lights?
Photo of Track: This is very important, show it off! Provide photos of track in JPG format, as large as your e-mail and camera will allow. E-mail track photos to doug@dirtoval.com
