I just wanted to take a minute and thank everyone that showed up yesterday at Staub Brothers' !!! Yesterday was a great day for racing here in central Pa. You guy's as racers ran a great show and for having 115 entries and after having a computer issue with scoring ( which I take full blame for making a bad decision to drop someone out after they could not stay thus causing a problem for points). We still got a full day of racing in before we had to turn the lights on! A thank you also goes out to the Staub Brothers' for having a great track ready to race on all day long! Thank you to the food crew for providing some great food for everyone to eat ! I also wanted to thank the tour crew for their help Brock , Jessee, Ben , Glenn , and Christin you guy's always jump in to help no matter what and yesterday you all picked up my slack as I was suffering from a sever headache all day long! I also wanted to thank our sponsors for their continued support it was great to see so many of you at the race yesterday! We are looking forward to seeing everyone at Newville on July 1st

The Evening Sun, one of our local papers, actually ran a longer story. The Tour made front page news!

Todd and I and our family want to thank all the racers who made the drive to our track. The fun and camaraderie was great for the whole weekend. I think the atmosphere and the fun are what make our hobby so different and appealing. A big thanks to Eric Shriner and Brian Bowie for help with the track prep. Gotta thank our wives Cindy and Jen for the concession stand--yummy food all weekend. Many thanks to Justin Staub for helping with concessions and in the shop. Hats off to the PA Nitro Tour crew! It was smooth working with you guys again this year. Thanks for being the bridge between the racer and the tracks. Want to also throw out a big thanks to the track owners and hobby shop guys that participated: Chris McKinney (Bumps and Jumps), Mike Beidel (Newville RC Speedway & Hobbies), Dave Kranzel (Kranzel's RC Speedway), Paul Sweitzer (Sweitzer Hobby Depot) and Randy Minich and the BMS drivers. I'm sure I missed a few people so feel free to remind me. Hope to see everyone at Race #4!

Thanks JohnnyO for the kind words...i had a blast calling the races and for the most part all the racers listened to what i was saying. Thanks to the Staub family for once again for providing us with a top notch race track and amenities, you guys know how to do things right. Thanks to the papers that covered the event, good exposure does nothing but good things for our hobby and peak the intrest of more possible racers. Bill, Jesse, Ben, and Christen all deserve thanks from me as well...we all try to work together letting those who need it time to work on our vehicles so we too can partake in the event. It was a great time and i'm looking forward to next year's tour stop at staub brothers.
