July 14th Empire State Dirt Oval Championship Qualifer Race 8PM
July 28th 1st Annual Harbor Fest Asphalt Oval race at the Fort in Oswego.
August 17th-18th 2007 Empire State Dirt Oval championships.


A few small notes.....

This year, the Empire State Dirt Oval Championships will be run at Night, under the lights, on Friday the 17th and Saturday the 18th. We hope by moving this race to evening hours that the track will be faster, tackier and wont break up like many tracks have a tendency of doing during the day.

Also this year, we will be holding a race at The Fort Ontario in the city of Oswego, during Harbor Fest weekend. With this race we hope to introduce the hobby to those who may be unaware. Race fees will be FREE!!!! We will run EDM's, trucks, sprints, nitro, electric...whatever the racers want. We are shooting for a 3pm start time. If anyone has ever been to Harbor Fest, then you know it is one giant party. There will be fireworks at night as well as live music all weekend.

July 19th RC Pro Series Race. All nitro and Modified classes will be run.


Uh, are you sure on that date? The Pro Series has it listed as the 14th on their site. Just wondering on that.

Here is the schedule for this weeks dirt oval racing:

Thursday July 12th: Weekly Points night, $5 entry per class, start time 7:30ish

Friday July 13th: Regular racing program, $5 entry per class, start time 8 PM.


Saturday Night, July 14th: Empire State Dirt Oval Championship Qualifier. $10 for 1st Entry, $5 for each additional class. Winner of Each Class will receive FREE Entry to the WDRA/Redneck RC Empire State Dirt Oval Championships in August, for the class that they win. If the driver chooses to run addition classes at the E.S.D.C., they will only have to pay the fee for an additional class. Racing will begin at 8PM. 2 rounds qualifying, 6 cars make the A, 2 bump up from each lower main. WDRA rules apply. Classes include Small Block and Big Block EDM Stock, EDM Mod, Open Sprint, Truck, Nitro EDM, and if there is interest in running anything else, we will run it.
