i am looking for an out front frames roller. no engine or electronics. my price range is $100-$150. i know its kinda low but im only 15

Your best bet is to try and find a way to make some money. Mow yards would be a start. OFF kits are 325 and you still have to get all the b3/gt parts and then engine and electronics. They are good cars. You won't get one for 100-150
