what hole are you using on the rear arm

i use the far inside hole...i mainly do that to avoid any type of tire/wheel rub

I believe the further outwards you mount the rear shock on the lower arm, the more turn in it will give the car entering the corners. Also, the car will have less chassis roll because the spring/shock rates are closer to the point in which the tire contacts the race track. Hope this helps.

Using the outter or inner hole really is only changing the leverage the shock/spring combo have in relation to wheel travel. Moving to the outer hole gives the wheel the feel it has a heavier shock/spring. Moving from outer to inner has the reverse effect. In relation to the older CW cars the GBX series have the rear shock mounting location much further out on the arm so you often end up with softer spings/shocks than you would on an older direct drive cars.
