Outlaw springs

Does anyone know what rate springs Arnie is using in his latemodel set up on the custom works site it just says Outlaw and were do you get them or is there a tc3 spring that is close thank you

They are 8 lb. springs, and are softer than the softest Associated TC spring by 33% (and slightly longer). Custom Works sells them and calls them the "Outlaw" spring.
