Last month we hit the all time high for bandwidth / hits for dirtoval.com We are very pleased to see our community growing by leaps and bounds. We will monitor the usage again this month, but are expecting to move to a bigger hosting package by the end of the month.
Folks if you ever get a chance, make sure you drop Doug a note of thanks. He is absolutely brilliant with his design ideas. Our community is very lucky to have him involved with the site. His vintage idea has become a bigger hit than any single thing we have added in the past year. I am beginning to see "vintage" on other boards and on descriptions of products for sale on ebay. Everywhere I go folks are digging out their old cars to take a look at what they have.
We have chosen to install a dedicated dirtoval.com gallery. The package we installed integrated log in credentials from our forum and seems to be a good fit for our site. The software does require a users to be logged in to upload pictures. So keep that in mind as you try to upload pictures for the first time. You can get to the gallery from the links menu up top or click here (http://dirtoval.com/gallery) The key to any action on the gallery will be the @ symbol located in the main gallery menu. Find that button so you can begin uploading your favorite pictures today.
A couple of notes on advertisers: Nick Rank renewed his yearly commitment once again. His business seems to be growing by leaps and bounds as they now have over 300 bikes in stock. I am partial to the motorcycle crew as I am a proud VTX owner myself.
Since our last update: Hulsberg Grafix, Teas Hobbies, CDK, Ultraline and Vinyltrix have all renewed their yearly advertising commitments.
