Set-ups with the rear end lower than the front have more stability and forward bite than those set-up the other way. I'd say 90% of my gas set-ups have the rear lower to dead even with the front, hardly ever higher than the front. Latemodel may be the only exception here considering how much work the side panel does for stability. Raising the rear higher than the front is a way to un-hook the car from the track, going directly against the saying..."plant the rear, then make it steer".

hello arnie im new here but may i ask what to do for a car or buggy or gt2 truck if it doesnt want to turn coming out of a corner? it is not a clay track but it is hard packed and gets a lite dust on top during mains.it turns into the corners good. thanks alot john

A small change would be to increase the anti-squat in the rear, this will allow for more "on-power" steering but will have less forward bite.

A bigger change would be to reduce the entire amount of toe-in in the rear. It will help free the car up however side bite and forward bite will be reduced.
