The tour races are on Sundays so they dont interfere with other tracks weekly racing.
If your worried about traveling that far because of work the next day, dont go. You get 1 points drop anyways. I know I for one barring anything happening that I cant control, Will be there.

I really have no problem with the drive if the race is on a Saturday I think it is going to be hard for some to go on a Sunday. The drive to coopers for the custom works race is for more then one day race so you can't compare the 2. If its on Saturday I will go. With work and kids still school Sunday is almost impossible . I am not bad mouthing the tour just voicing an opinion this will be my first year on the tour and from what I understand the tour is open to peoples suggestions and comments.

does this poll make any sense? how do you vote. press yes if you like it or do not like it. my first thought was wow this place is out by Pittsburgh. then I figured that the whole purpose of the tour was to get people to new tracks. I am obligated to be there anyhow. I will probably leave sat at lunch and stay at the track overnight. the races last year where over at 7 I believe. I am normally am up to 11 anyhow. I do not believe that it is going to hurt as far as travel. I am not sure where you live but you need to remember that for some people this will be there closets track

We are open to any comments or suggestions. We actually talked about this in detail however the tracks all voted at the tour meeting to have all of the races on Sunday........... I would like to see the results of this poll but understand that the decsion will be made with this as well as what is in the other tracks best interest.

Yes if you like the race to be on Saturday no if you want Sunday. My plan if its on Saturday would be leave Friday night get a hotel and be at the track Sat. morning I can then either leave sat night ot come home or stay and come home Sunday morning some of us work 3rd shift which starts at most places Sunday night at 11pm and kids go to bed early for school the next day. I like to keep the family involved being not far from Pittsburgh if they want to go in to the city to the museums, which are amazing if you ever get the chance to go there, or do anything during the day Saturday.
