Thats still not enough info. What tires are you going to run, body, motor, banking. And we dont scale dirt cars. Ride height is important. And do you have a Custom works car or a terminator?

i have a cw gbx . dirt oval, clay. wondering spring pounds-manufacture brands, shocks and oil wieght, would appreciate. they sell you this thing and then your on your own.some people are hooked some arent.foam tires with orange rims, cant think of the brand, track is slightly bancked

Did you buy this car new or used. If it was new there is some information in the installation book on a beginning set-up. Also at the beginning of the DO General Discussion there is a stickey on set-ups. Don't get to upset, these little cars can be tough when you are a beginner cause I am a real beginner. Go to your local track and get some of the guys there to help you out. Don't try to be the fastest car there or you won't be out here running these cars very long. Oh and if the tires are orange wheel, foam tires they are made by rc4less. They on on the web under that name.

I have found (since no one else is giving a baseline for you), for a high-bite setup, start soft and neutral on foams. Meaning, shocks should be 2-hole pistons, the lightest springs you have on all four corners, like the CW 8 lb Outlaw springs or Associated RC10 silver buggy fronts, with 30 weight oil, and a level ride height. Make each camber link as long as you can get them and as level to the suspension arms as your settings will allow. You'll adjust springs and preload as you work the car in on the track with the proper tires and body on the car. If the track you race at is cooler inside in the winter, you can even go to a lighter oil in the shocks, like a 20 or 25 wt.

At any new track, start soft and neutral and work your way up from there.
