Any plans of reviving the car? I see a lot of people still have them and are selling them back and forth. Just curious to see if maybe you were planning on re-releasing the dominator, maybe even with a belt instead of a chain???
thanks in advance
Dustin M.
PS see ya in a about 9 days:D

I've asked Rob about it, and he said that they don't have any complete kits to sell, but they want to upgrade the car, packaging and instructions and release it again. Apparently, I'm not the only one who really wants one again.
:D
C'mon Rob, bring back the Dominator. I'll buy a new Pro kit right now. :)

Yes, I am so glad this came up, Please get the dominator back into shape. I know so many guys who would kill for an upgraded version. I loved racing the Dominator!!
At our local track we had to give the Dominators there own class because it was unfare against the new four wheel drives. The new cars just handle so well, no one was able to get close to them in a Dominator.
Thanks,
Daniel Durrett

Custom Works needs to bring out the dominator....I've never seen one first hand but I won't run the 4wd class at a local track due to everyone running AE.....

i only saw dominators run a few times at local tracks, but they were the most amazing cars to watch! the way they could get through the turns was like nothing i have ever seen... i hope CWs does a remake of it!

RC Pro Dirt Oval Series 4wd Nitro Latemodel National Champion was an Ofna LD3.
A Nitro Dominator would be cool, but there has to be a market for it to justify the investment. How about a Dominator II based off an existing shaft or belt drive platform????

Back in the day (way back, LOL) at the old Indoor Track in Richland Hills, Tx they used to run an unlimited Dominator class - 2 motors and some ran 2 7 cells, foam tires and if I remember correctly truck bodies. Crazy fast, hit the wall and parts would rain forever it seemed. Somebody on here has gotta rememnber those things too.

I always loved the dual motor Dom's Joel Johnson ran back in the Insane Speed runs at the Thunderdrome... Don't think he ever got the car to stay togeher though.

My goodness yes, what memories. The last couple of weekends at Waco there have been so many electric racers I thought I was in the Time Tunnel and it was 1985.
