I have a question are the caster blocks the same on all the custom work cars such as the gas and electric? thanks

Yes, the caster blocks are the same between electric and gas cars. To answer a common question the blocks range from 15 degrees #3205, 20 degrees #3204 and 25 degrees #3203. If you reverse the left and right sides on the 15 degree block you still have 15 deg. If you reverse the 20 degree blocks you will have 10 degrees. And if you reverse the 25 degree blocks it gives you 5 degrees. Hope this helps.
