Wondering where my thread went?

I was wondering what happened to the thread that I had started in the Reader's Rides section. I don't remember seeing anything that had been posted by myself or by anyone that replied to it that made it necessary to delete the thread. If there was something that caused the thread to be deleted, it would be nice to be notified by the moderator that deleted it so that I at least have some kind of explanation as to why it is no longer on the site. I guess an e-mail or pm would just be a nice way to explain the situation.

Glad to say that I received a reason, although I might disagree. My thread in reader's rides was considered an advertisement.
