http://www.leadingedgerccars.com/Dirt_Oval.html They have a replacement chassis for the GBX Intimidator called the LEX1.

Easy to deal with and you CAN get a response from them. I think www.ohiohobbyplus.com (http://www.ohiohobbyplus.com) carries them, and also check with kipp at www.kippshobbies.com (http://www.kippshobbies.com)

Dynotech also has one for the EDM and stock cars.

It about 2-3 oz. lighter than stock.

Dynotech (Chad) is great to deal with, I have a new chassis for my gbx sprint and it is sweet! They are also very quick with the shipping!

For all those interested.....

Both chassis are made out of uni-directional 2mm carbonfiber.

EDM chassis has extra wide batt slots for battery placement options, has flex like the terminators.

Here are some pics of the AWSOME chassis that Chad makes for the GBX. I have the silver one but I don't know if he has many of those left. Keep up the great work Chad!!

Josh,

When did you get that chassis? You didn't have it when you raced with us did you? It looks great! Does everything just bolt onto the new chassis?

Hey Curtis,
I just picked it up a week after I was at Brinks. It is a very light chassis and awsome looking. Everything bolts straight on from the stock chassis. The only thing I wanted to do was build a lexan "Block" to put my speedo, rec., and personal transponder on the right side of the battery.
The last thing I want to do to it is a full set of Ceramic Bearings from RC4LESS.

Any summer racing that you have planned?

Can you shoot me an e-mail on prices and how to pay. I would like a gbx enforcer chassis in black not silver and also want a gbx intimidator chassis. Can pay by paypal if you take that. e-mail address is kmxracer@aol.com Thanks Keith

Cory,

There are no battery straps, the guys usually use strapping tape to tape thier batts in.
