Changing E-mail address

Help, when i registered i had to use my work email address, but i can only check that at work. How can I change my email address to my yahoo mail that I can check anywhere? I tried the change e-mail link in the user cp section, but it gave me an error saying I can't use a yahoo address to register, but i'm already registered. I know one of our wonderful moderators can help.

At the top of the main forum page you will see User CP in the upper left hand corner, click that. Then under the control panel on the left hand side click Edit Email & Password then change your email under there. Save chnages and your done.

I tried that and it gave me the same message I got a couple years ago when I signed up about not being able to use a yahoo address for account registration. Only obviosly I'm already registered so I should be able to change it now to whatever I want.

pretty sure you have to use an e-mail with an IP number........... I couldn`t change mine either to a yahoo e-mail ....
