So after 125 views and being on here for 2 days, no one has an answer on how to add another dirt oval r/c track to the tracks link? I would have to assume that at least one of the moderators has read this. Can't someone please help. I would like do get my local track added to the list to help promote dirt oval r/c racing, and what better place to do that than on www.dirtoval.com

Thanks for having this great site for us to come to for helpful info. Please, let me know what needs to be done to add it to the directory.

You need to E-mail the track info to Craig or one of the moderators and they will add it to the list.

New tracks may be added to the directory by supplying DirtOval.com with the needed information. All new tracks will be entered once a month, and the deadline for new tracks to be added for next month is the last day of this current month.

We have a really nice track here in Mobile Alabama! I sent an email last year with all the info, and was told to be patient. I sure would like to have our track added. Please let me know what else I need to do to get our track up on your fantastic site!

Thanks

The track directory hasn`t been updated in at least 6 months or better , we have been trying to get our local track in the Pa. section for at least that long if not longer , in fact there is a track that has been closed for 3 years still listed in there ....... so it is not updated monthly ......

I will be updating the tracks section tonight or early tomorrow. If anyone has not submitted a new track (I have all that have previously been done on file), please do so today. I can't promise when it will be updated again.

If there are tracks that are closed, we have no way of knowing that unless someone tells us this information. Outside of traveling to see the track ourselves, there is no other way to know.

Well, I guess I blew that chance. I never submitted our track info because I figured that I would be wasting my time. Then I didn't read this discussion yesterday and I didn't see that Doug was going to update the Tracks section.

Doug, next time that you update it would you please post something ahead of time. Then I wll send you our info. I would send it now, but if it's going to be 6 months or more before it gets posted I would rather wait so that I know that I am giving you the most up-to-date info that I can.

Keep up the good work with the great site. I check this site every day. It is a great resource for anyone that is interested in dirt oval r/c racing.

thanks,
Curt

A large wave of updates to the Tracks section has been made. I know that Craig has a good chunk of tracks that were not submitted through the tracks@dirtoval.com address, and those are not in the listing. You MUST submit to that address to be assured that your track will be listed. Photos have not been linked as of yet, as I am still trying to figure out a simple method of including them that will be easy to update.

If you don't see your facility listed, make sure that you submit your information in the proper format, listed in the Tracks section. Also, if you see a track listed that you are sure is no longer around, be sure to note that in an e-mail to tracks@dirtoval.com.

Doug i think the track he was talking about no longer being open is T.N.T. raceway in Great Bend P.A. Last i heard from frenchie, he had said they were'nt going to re-open on that site. B but just to be safe you may watn to P.M. him, he goes by Fredchie on this forum. Thanks, hope that clear it up for you.
