I have noticed lately that some people asking for help will post the same question in multiple posts. Sometimes answers will be postred and the person asking will post again aparenlty without reading the answer that was already given.

I may be wrong, but to me it seems like it would be easier to just ask once so that the information is together and not spread over a few different threads.

just my opinion.....:)

The SEARCH function can be very valuable....

I bet if I counted, I'd find at least 20 threads asking about either B4 oval conversions, what tires will fit on my car, or who makes EDM bodies.

I understand that new people need answers to these sorts of questions, but sometimes the answer is 3 or 4 threads down.....

Just a suggestion to Craig....I know you are busy, but getting the links page up and running would be very helpful for newbies and "oldies" alike. If there is anything that I can do to help you with that, please let me know.

I'm sure that busy is the right word. I provided all the infomration regarding the two tracks in Albany a full two years ago; and after many follow-ups have given up on having them listed on the "Tracks" Link !

No wonder there are threads on Hobby Talk with questions regarding where to Dirt Oval race !

This site really yearns for an integrated content management system for the front-end. I think with that and the ability for the admins/mods to accept or deny what people opt to add... it would make Craig's and Doug's efforts much easier in getting the site up to date quickly with the various people that could be allowed to provide help. Something like Mambo or PHPwcms might work really well with the existing design translated into a theme. Just something to keep in mind for the future of course, as it'd be a bit labor intensive but might be worth it for what it provides down the road and beyond.
