cw street tracks,what insert ?

whats the best insert to use with a cw street track tire.track is a hard packed clay surface.

I would put in a medium insert from custom works.

pro-line grey's work the best on our track, (indoor clay banked track)

trinity grey works for me i believe they are "bomb one" type don't hold me to that
