make sure the glow plug is tight if it is then maybe you have a bad plug (it happens from time to time even with a new plug) . Does it run at all with out the ignitor on?

Fouled plug or overly rich.
If your breaking it in its prolly just to rich. Lean it a couple clicks.

when you are breaking in new motors, you will usually foul a plug. replace it, lean out the motor and it should run fine.

Turn Needle Clockwise 1/8th turn at a time till it stays running. :)

hey cap, usually when i break in a nitro engine i leave the glow igniter on it so you can run it extra rich, this will keep things lubricated and flushes the motor better. make sure it isn't so rich that it hydrolics and as you start to lean it out you won't need the igniter full time anymore. also leave the body off so it stay as cool as possible and run it on a smooth low drag surface. if this doesn't work then just put one of your kart motors on it! lol

DO NOT run your motor that rich! Get the motor up to operating temperature Over 190 as quick as possible. Running a new motor at low temps for a long period of time is bad for the engine!

No thats prolly cause ya is so slow your engine never revs high enough to wear anything out :)

Only leave the glow starter on long enough for the engine to come up to temp.
A lap fit tapper piston and sleeve should be brought up over 190 degrees as quick as possible.
Failure to do so can lead to the premature failure of internal engine component such as rods sleeves and pistons. Running on the rich side is great and good for break in as long as its over 190 degrees. DO NOT RUN IT THAT RICH THAT YOU NEED TO LEAVE THE GLOW STARTER ON JUST TO KEEP IT RUNNING !
