Hi, this is my new custom works sprint car. it is my first sprint car and i have raced it once so far. hope you like it, and the pics are ok(i had a hard time making them small enough).

I have to ask, In one picture it looks like there's servo is mounted way back in the right side. What for? How about a body/hood off picture to clarify. Car looks awesome though. I want one and that chrome looks sharp too.

the graphics and the numbers are decals. the numbers are on chrome vinyl and the headers and center of the wing is chrome paint (made by spaz stix). yes that is the servo moved back. i wanted to try and move more of the weight rearward and still be able to run the mid motor configuration. here's some pics

That servo placement is a neat idea! That is part of what is so much fun about this hobby....dreaming up new ideas and seeing them come to life! That is one of the best looking CW cars I have ever seen! Good Job!

yes cap, it was pretty easy to make too. i can probably make you up some templates if you want one. i didn't care much for the early 80's looking custom works one. also, all i have to do is unscrew the nerfbar and i can remove the panel to access my spur gear and pinion.

I think the modern panel is much nicer. Are you coming to the WoO tomorrow night? You need to get Clay into RC. lol

yes, i'll be there, i got a seat off of turn 4. i don't know about getting clay into rc's. he had a bad habbit about throwing his steering wheel when he was mad and if he started throwing throwing a transmitter instead, it could get expensive! lol
