I recently got back into r/c cars. Raced for the first time in 15 years last week (off-road). The only class you can run a 1/8th buggy in is oval (every other week, alternate with off-road). The off road track is perfect for 1/10th and monster truck stuff, too small for buggies.

So, is there a late model or some sort of wedge body out there to fit a buggy, maybe sprint car? Rough measurements last night were 12.25" wide and 13" from center of axles. I've been up late the last couple of nights looking, came across some British stuff. Finally found some options for my RC10GT, the outlaw truck by McAllister is what I'll probably do, that or a East Coast Modified (IMCA looking thing here on the west coast).

I figure I could just run the buggy body and see if I even like it. Though, if I continue, I'd like to have something a little more fitting?

Thanks in advance,

Thanks!!! That is exactly what I'm looking for. I actually came across that before but was not a member so I wasn't able to see the pictures. That body is awesome!!! Can't believe it is just all pieced together. I think I'll run the buggy once before I get all gung ho and spending more money I don't have. I'm now considering a OFF racing kit for my rc10gt. Don't know if I want to do a sprint or EDM.

Thanks again.

The Out Front Frames kit is nice. I have one for myself. They also make a edm for a Associated RC10gt.
