I just went to Customworks site. I haven't been to it in a while. They offer Mod & stock Motors, Batteries and a few other items. How long have they been doing this?

How would you compare their motors to some of the other mod motors?

Lugnut72: We have been offering modified and 19turn motors for about 2 months now, no stock motors at this time. As far as the batteries go, we will be offering the Intellect 3800 cells. I had the chance to try some of the first versions of this cell during testing for the Snowbirds and it ran well and showed promise then. Since February and now I have only raced electric once (Carpet Nats) so I have only been hearing how the cells were doing as it came closer to going to production. Last weekend at the CW Delaware Paved Champs in Seaford was the first time I got to run the production cell, simply they rock. Setting aside the higher capacity, they run as strong as 3300's on the first charge of the day. Then the second charge is when they really come to life. The third, fourth and fifth charges are just as good as good as the second, if not better. The ability to run a pack more than once (and it gets better) is something electric racing has never had, going to be great to see how this helps racing and electric RC in general.
