Okay just to clarify, is the first night of saturday oval racing 6/18, or 6/25. Still drawing gas only or have the electrics started trickling in?

Is this new schedule going to last into the fall?
If so I think I can get a few of us in Wreckinng Crew to come over for a night of racing.

Hi

Yes June 18th will be the first night of Saturday Night Oval. Yes we will have racing until either its too cold out or nobody wants to this fall. Brad we had one buggy show up on Friday and I heard threat of the makus clan showing up. I do think if you come up and stuffed a mod in there you could hold your own against most of us nitro guys though. We just make a lot of noise and aren't really that fast. I promise I will find a spot for you on the grid.

What happened to the 4PM practice session? Personally I like the idea of a Friday night better, but I guess I'll try to get out of work early enough to try and make saturdays now. Howard if you are going to bring the boys, give a heads up. I'll make sure to get out of work.

Is there now two tracks in Oshkosh?
I was thinking about this winter, too many of the guys do the full size racing into the late fall.

Howard, Oshkosh has a much larger outdoor dirt oval that they run on during the summer. Thebig class so far is nitro sprint. You still have that CRD conversion dont you? During the winter it will be back inside. Dont know what they are thinking there, but I know that there was talk about making the indoor track a bit longer. Any further thoughts on that one Bob?

Hi Brad

My good friend Lee and I still have thoughts of doing the indoor track the width of the building and making it a conventional oval vs. tri-oval as before. The Building is 65' wide so it won't be a huge track but with the trip to RVR and Monee we have been learning more about surface prep and with a little help should be able to put together a fun track.

4:00 pm practice will be tough for me but I can offer up the opprotunity to you to set up earlier if you'd like. Email me for details. Me and my head RC guy (evljss) both run oval and are generally both needed at the store on Saturdays.

Okay guys, I'll try to get out of work and up there as soon as I can. Bringing the Mod electric sprint and a second car TBD. Nick is planning on making an appearance himself. I'm pretty sure he is brining his gassers, and there is the possibility of an electric out of his camp. Who else is showing for the first saturday night show?

I hope it rains, that track loves water. He has great drainage built in, so running after a shower is no problem. Radar looks like very small pockets of rain.
