On a late model, do you want a real stiff chassis, or a flexible chassis?

i think each one has its own benifits. the flex would handle some rougher tracks but it would be a little harder to dial in. the stiffer one wouldnt be as hard to get dialed and would stick like glue on a smooth track. hope this helps you out.

cdieterman67 said it pretty good
The thing with chassis flax is; it is never really the same, it will always vary a little very lap. You may not be able to notice it, or it may keep you chasing it all day long thinking it is something else.
Also with a flexing chassis the material the chassis is made out of will fatigue faster and start flexing more and more, as it wears out.
I prefer a stiff chassis with a softer set up it needed.

Chassis that flex belong in the garbage dumpster. If you notice, all the good dirt oval cars use carbon fiber.

catbon fiber flexes too. its not only the material that adds or takes away from flex but hte way it was designed.
